Payroll Administration

Prompt and proper remuneration payment is one of the most basic employer's duties. Simultaneously, the employer accomplishing this task is obliged to proper tax and social insurance calculation and payment. Our company carrying out those tasks in the name of our Client becomes responsible for:

  • Preparation of the payroll together with calculation of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) contributions, the health insurance premiums and income tax, making allowance for tax deductible expenses, tax allowance and ZUS contribution.
  • Preparation of the payroll files with the pay slips presenting the evaluation of the monthly salary for individual employees, and showing in details the payment method (money transfer/ teller) and preparation of the the monthly employees report (RMUA)
  • Preparation of the bills and/or the payroll for the people rendering services on the basis of the civil law agreements
  • Establishing the liability to social insurances by people rendering services on the basis of the civil law agreements
  • Preparation of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) statement and tax return
  • Drawing up the cumulative accounting order from the payroll, in separation into the cost centre (MPK), according to the company chart of accounts submitted by the Customer
  • Preparation of the income tax settlement at the end of the fiscal year from the natural persons for employees who do not take advantage of tax allowances and relief, after receiving the employee's declaration (PIT- 40)
  • Preparation at the end of the fiscal year of the PIT-11 for the other employees and PIT 8B for the people employed on the basis of the contract of mandate and contract for specific work and sending thereof to the proper Revenue Offices and to the employees (according to the stipulations made with the Customer)
  • Preparation of the earnings certificate for the Customer's employees
  • Preparation of the documentation pertaining to the remuneration and compensations taken related to the termination of the employment.
